Le Mouvement Associatif Hauts-de-France et la Carsat Hauts-de-France lancent un nouvel appel à candidatures destiné aux structures du réseau Guid’Asso et aux Maisons des Associations de la région.
Objectif : soutenir et encourager l’engagement des personnes retraitées, en proposant deux actions phares qui seront déployées en 2026.
Pourquoi cet appel à candidatures ?
Après plusieurs années d’expérimentations concluantes, les partenaires régionaux souhaitent renforcer la dynamique régionale autour du vieillissement actif, axe prioritaire de la COG 2023-2027 de l’Assurance Retraite.
L’enjeu : permettre aux jeunes retraités et futurs retraités de découvrir la diversité du monde associatif, de s’y engager sereinement, et de valoriser leurs compétences au sein de projets utiles. Cliquez EngagementBénévolat- AAC-Cadrage pour lire la note de cadrage
Deux actions possibles pour les structures candidates :
1) Organisation d’un Forum de l’engagement et du bénévolat
Ces forums, testés dans toute la région, ont déjà rassemblé des centaines de visiteurs et près de 200 associations.
Ils proposent :

des stands associatifs de différents champs (culture, sport, éducation, environnement, solidarité, etc.) ;
-
des témoignages inspirants de bénévoles seniors ;
-
des animations participatives ;
-
des espaces de rencontre conviviaux.
Les forums 2026 sont à organiser entre le 30 mars et le 3 avril 2026.
Les structures retenues bénéficieront d’un accompagnement méthodologique, d’un kit de communication, ainsi que d’une check-list logistique fournie par les partenaires.
2) Organisation d’un “Parcours de découverte” pour futurs et jeunes retraités
Ce dispositif immersif, organisé sur 4 jours répartis entre 3 et 4 semaines, permet à un groupe de 6 à 12 retraités de découvrir plusieurs associations locales, leurs missions et leurs bénévoles.
Objectifs :

lever les freins à l’engagement,
-
favoriser la rencontre,
-
permettre aux participants d’identifier un engagement correspondant à leurs envies.
Les structures devront travailler en lien avec les partenaires Vivons Retraite, qui proposent les ateliers “Bienvenue à la retraite”.
Un financement dédié
Chaque structure lauréate pourra bénéficier :

d’un financement allant jusqu’à 4 000 €,
-
d’une enveloppe complémentaire jusqu’à 1 500 € en cas de location de salle pour le forum.
Les financements seront versés sur justificatifs.
Qui peut candidater ?
Cet appel s’adresse exclusivement :
-
aux structures labellisées Guid’Asso,
-
ou aux Maisons des Associations,
implantées en Hauts-de-France et engagées dans la promotion du bénévolat.
Une attention particulière sera portée à la couverture territoriale équilibrée des cinq départements.
